  • Blend together yeast, sugar, boiled milk , curd and keep aside to set.
  • Blend maida, baking powder, egg ,milk and the step 1 mixture together to make a dough as tight as for chappathi. Set aside to set well for about three to four hours.
  • After three hours observe the enlarged size of dough.
  • Make equal sized balls out of that dough and flatten it.Do not make it too thin.
  • Heat an iron griddle on stove and transfer the naan on to griddle.
  • Wait until it starts to bubble on the top side .Cook the other side in flame.Add butter or ghee if u wish.
  • Serve hot with any chicken dishes.
