Blend together yeast, sugar, boiled milk , curd and keep aside to set.
Blend maida, baking powder, egg ,milk and the step 1 mixture together to make a dough as tight as for chappathi. Set aside to set well for about three to four hours.
After three hours observe the enlarged size of dough.
Make equal sized balls out of that dough and flatten it.Do not make it too thin.
Heat an iron griddle on stove and transfer the naan on to griddle.
Wait until it starts to bubble on the top side .Cook the other side in flame.Add butter or ghee if u wish.
