Instructions
  1. Sieve the flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. In a large mixing bowl,combine the sugar,milk yogurt,eggs and water,kneading until the dough is soft.
  3. Cover the dough in a wet cloth and set aside for an hour.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal balls.
  5. Smear a little oil and spread onion seeds on top.
  6. Flatten the ball between the palm of your hands by rotating and flattening in the same motion.
  7. Continue till you have a flat disc of 6 cms.
  8. Now, stretch it from the lower end to form a triangle (as in picture).
  9. Use a thick cloth to put the naan on a pre-heated tandoor or in a pre- heated oven at 200 degrees centigrade.
  10. Remove using a skewer when the naan is crisp and brown.
  11. :- Serve hot with a dollop of butter.
