Instructions
  1. finely chop the onion, tomato
  2. wash and clean the chicken
  3. heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard and curry leaves
  4. add onion and saute it for 5 min until it turn into brown
  5. add tomato and mix well
  6. add ginger garlic paste and mix well and allow for 5 mins in medium flame until the raw smell goes out
  7. add chicken and mix well, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, chicken masala and salt and mix well.
  8. dont add water and allow to cook in oil until the chicken get cooked well, if needed add oil
  9. allow the chicken get dry and the masala gets crispy and dark brown colour.. cook in medium flame
  10. naattu kozhi roast is ready to serve
