Instructions
  1. For preparing the delicious thoran dish, cook carrot with turmeric and salt.
  2. Roughly crush grated coconut, chillies and garlic.
  3. Heat oil, splutter mustard and curry leaves.
  4. Add coconut mixture and fry in low flame. Add the cooked carrot and mix well.
