  • Grated Coconut - 1 cup
  • Water as required -
  • For tempering -
  • Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
  • Shallots - 4 chopped
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Peel the jackfruit seeds and cut into two pieces.
  2. cook jackfruit seeds with turmeric powder,red chilly powder salt and water as required for 5 whistles.
  3. Grind the coconut with little water and make a smooth paste,add it to the cooked jackfruit seeds and cook the curry for one or two minutes.don't let the curry boil for too much time.
  4. heat oil in a clay pot and splutter mustard seed,then add chopped shallots and saute until light brown in colour.
  5. Add cleaned and washed drumstick leaves and saute for one minute.
  6. Add the curry and combine well.Remove it from the flame.
  7. Nadan Chakkakuru Muringayila Curry-Jackfruit Seed And Drumstick Leaves Curry is ready.
