Instructions
  1. For preparing the Nadan Crab Roast, firstly cook the cleaned crab in a mud pot with salt, turmeric powder, kudampuli, green chillies, curry leaves. ginger, garlic paste and water. Cover and cook it till the water is reduced.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add the chopped onions, curry leaves and saute it. Add turmeric, kashmiri chilli powder. pepper powder ,garam masala powder and saute it again.
  3. Then transfer this into the crab and mix well till the masalas are coated with the crab.
  4. Now the Nadan Crab Roast is ready to serve. Serve it hot with rice, idiyappam or appam.
  5. Yummy Nadan Crab Roast is ready. It is really tasty. Enjoi with your family.
