Nadan Karimeen Fry

Today I'm sharing the recipe of Nadan Karimeen Fry.This is my all time favourite fish.Karimeen fish is commenly found in the kerala backwaters.This recipe is an exotic dish of karimeen fry cooked in Nadan style.

Instructions
  1. Clean karimeen well with salt and water.Make small slit on the fish.
  2. Grind garlic and fennel seed to make a paste.
  3. Mix red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,garlic fennel seed paste,1 tbsp oil,water and salt as required to make a paste.
  4. Apply this paste on karimeen and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry karimeen in both sides.
  6. Serve hot! 🙂
