Instructions
  1. Heat water in vessel, add little oil and boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Take rice powder in a plate,Add this water little by little into rice powder and mix with hand carefully without burning.
  3. Then make this dough to a round soft dough
  4. Fill this dough into idiyappam press and keep aside.
  5. Then take idly plate and put little grated coconut into it.
  6. Next close the idiyappa presser
  7. Squeeze the dough into idily plate.
  8. We have to squeeze this dough into full idly stand plates
  9. Next in idli steamer add 1 cup water,when water starts boiling then put the stand inside steamer .Steam for 5 minutes.
  10. After 5 minutes we have to open the steamer.
  11. Next we have to remove this idiyappam from stand to plate with a spoon,Now idiyappam is ready.Serve hot with sugar or curry.
