Shallots
chopped, Kunjulli

nos
Green chillies
split

Ginger
chopped

Pepper corns

tsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam
1
tsp
Garam masala
1/2
tsp
Chilly powder
1
tsp
Coriander powder
Curry leaves
Few
Instructions
For preparing nadan
mushroom
ularthiyathu, first clean
mushroom
with hot
water
and
turmeric
. Drain, slice and keep aside.
Crush
ginger
, pepper and
cumin seeds
.
Heat
oil
in kadai, fry shallots, crushed
ginger
and
green chillies
.
Saute for a while. Add chilly powder,
turmeric
and
coriander powder
.
Add
curry leaves
and fry the masala.
Add
mushroom
and required
salt
. Mix well.
Cover it with a lid and cook well.
When done, add
garam masala
and mix it well.
Nadan
mushroom
ularthiyathu is ready.
