Instructions
  1. For preparing the delicious snack, first soak dal in water for 5 hours.
  2. Just give a pulse in blender. Do not add water in it.
  3. Pour dal into a vessel. Add onion, dry chillies, green chilies, fennel seeds, curry leaves, coriander and salt. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in pan(enough to dip the vada and fry).
  5. Wet hands and make balls out of mixture. Slightly press with hands and fry it in oil.
  6. It should turn dark color.
  7. The traditional snack dish is ready.
