  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustards. when it splutter, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  2. Add onions ,green chillies and ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder, stir for 1 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes to this and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water to this and boil for 2 minutes.Now tomato curry is ready to serve.
