Instructions
  1. For preparing nadan thenga kozhi piralan, marinate chicken with turmeric, coriander, chilly powder, salt and little coconut oil.
  2. Cook chicken in covered pot.
  3. Do not add water.
  4. Mix onion, coconut, ginger, garlic, pepper, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, fennel and give a small pulse in mixer.
  5. Crush it.
  6. Heat oil in pan, add the coconut mixture and fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Add chicken pieces in it and cook well.
  8. Add curry leaves and cover it. Cook in low flame.
  9. Fry the chicken well.
  10. Nadan thenga kozhi piralen is ready.
