Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Allpurpose flour maida
  • 1 cup Semolina Rava/Sooji
  • 1 tsp Thymol Ajwain
  • 2 tbsp Beaten curd
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Ghee or oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, rava, ajwain and salt together.
  • Add the beaten curd and enough warm water and knead into a stiff dough.
  • Shape the dough into a ball and roll the ball into a thick circle. Cut them into squares.
  • Deep fry these squares and remove when light brown in colour.
  • Drain thoroughly and leave it to cool.
  • :- Store in air-tight containers.
