Nattu Kozhi Curry

This is a very easy chicken gravy that you can make within 30 minutes and it goes well with both rice and rotis. This is a typical South Inidan style chicken curry which is very spicy and tasty too.

Instructions
  1. heat the oil in the pan and saute the small onion
  2. add tomato and cumin seed and mix it
  3. add curry masala and mix it
  4. grind it and make a fine paste
  5. heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard, fennel seed, curry leaves and saute the slice onion for 2 mins
  6. add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  7. add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
  8. add the masala and mix it
  9. add chicken masala, black pepper and mix
  10. add chicken, mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins in medium flame until the water get dissolved from chicken
  11. add coconut paste and mix it
  12. add required water and allow to cook until the chicken get cooked and the gravy becomes thick consistency
  13. now the nattu kozhi curry is ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves
