Add onions in the oil and cook till they become golden-brown. In the same oil add ginger and garlic paste and fry it.
Then add nehari masala with a little water and cook it for 1 minute.
Then add boiled potatoes and cook it for 2 minutes.
Add 3 to 4 cups water and cook it till it gets boil.
Prepare the plain floor and floor batter and add this batter in to the nehari, add chicken powder in it and cook it for 15 minutes under cover (slow heat).
In 2 tabs oil add 2 tabs brown onions and make baghar in nehari and leave it for 10 minutes under cover (slow heat).

Nehari is ready. Serve the nehari with julienne ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, brown onion and with lemon.
