Mustard seeds

Urad dal
Uzhunu parippu

Coconut
grated

Green chillies

tsp
Turmeric powder
3
tsp
Salt
Instructions
For preparing nendrakka thol poduthuval, cut raw
banana
skin into small pieces.
Fry
mustard seeds
and urad dal in
coconut oil
.
Add the
banana
skin into it.
Cook with required
water
.
Add
turmeric powder
and
salt
.
Grind grated
coconut
and
green chillies
Add the ground item to the raw
banana
skin and mix well. Fry for few minutes.
Nendrakka tholu poduthuval is ready.
