  • garlic - 60 g
  • Rosemary - 5 g
  • Potato(cut into cubes) - 2 nos
  • Red wine - 115 ml
  • Demi glace(base brown sauce in french cuisine) - 30 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing New Zealand shanks, first clean the goat leg and grill it on all sides till it turns brown in color. Keep this aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, rosemary and goat leg. Saute for some time.
  3. Add the red wine to it and boil for some time.
  4. Then add the demi glace to it and cook it for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in low heat and remove from flame.
  5. Cook potato and arrange it in plate.
  6. Place the cooked goat leg in the plate.
  7. Pour the prepared sauce above the goat leg.
  8. New Zealand lamb shanks, a tasty recipe is ready. Serve it hot.
