  • For preparing neymeen and mutta thoran, first marinate fish pieces with turmeric, chilly powder, salt and lime juice.
  • Cook fish with required water. Chop the fish into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in kadai, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves. Add onion, ginger and green chillies. Fry for a while.
  • Add the fish pieces and fry again.
  • Add the beaten egg, salt and scramble it.
  • Add grated coconut and fry well.
  • Neymeen and mutta thoran is ready.
