Niracha Rotiyum Muttayum A Ramzan special - Niracha Rotiyum Muttayum 4 nos Eggs (hardboiled)2 nos Bread slices250 gm Chicken4 nos Onion (finely chopped)Curry leavesGreen chillies (As reqd)GingerCoriander leavesSalt (As reqd)Coconut oil for frying Mince the chicken and cook it along with salt and chicken masala.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Add onions and sautT followed by finely chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger and sautT well.Add the cooked chicken and mix well.Cut the boiled eggs into two.Cut the bread slices diagonally.Make a small hole in the center of a bread piece and place a small portion of the chicken mixture and half of an egg in it.Place another bread piece over it and press it to make it firm.Dip them in maida batter and fry in coconut oil.
