Ingredients

300 gm Cream Cheese
100 gm Whipping cream
2 tsp Gelatin
1/2 cup Cold water
1 cup Powder sugar
150 gm Cookies
100 gm Butter
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/2 cup Mango pulp

Instructions

1. Crack the cookies and melt butter and mix Both and keep grease loose pan and make crust layer and refrigerate for 30 mins.
2. In bowl add beat softly cream cheese and add whipping cream mix well
3. In mean time add cold water with gelatin and rest ten mins
4. Now add 1 TSP of gelatin in cream mixture and vanilla extract and mix well
5. Now pour in second layer of cream cheese mixture and freeze for 1 hour
6. Now add gelatin and mango pulp and two tbsp of powder sugar mix well and pour third layer as mango
7. Now freeze over night or 5 hours.
8. Now No Bake Cheese Cake ready to serve.
