Instructions
  1. Take a blender and add pineapple pieces and make a fresh smoothie
  2. To that add yogurt and mix well
  3. In that mix add oats and mix well.
  4. Now close tightly and keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. Then after 15 minutes pour this oats mix into a bowl.Then add cut fruits nuts and serve immediately.
