Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Wash and drain the dal.
  • Add all chopped veggies.
  • Add enough water(approx. 3 cups) and salt as required. Pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Turn off the flame and immediately add chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and kasoori methi. Mix well.
  • Add cooked dal into it. Adjust the consistency by adding hot water.
  • Finally add some coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
  • Tasty North Indian Dal Curry is ready. Serve along with Roti chappathi etc..
