North Indian Easy Paalak Paneer
A delicious curry with Paalak(
Spinach
) and Paneer cubes

Ingredients

cottage cheese

Spinach

Onion
chopped
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tbsp
2

Tomato
make them into a puree
1/2
cup
Milk
1/2
tsp
Red chilly powder
1/2
tsp
Garam masala
powder
2
tbsp
Oil
Oil
for frying paneer
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Wash and boil
spinach
leaves in minimum
water
for about 8 mins.
Grind the boiled
spinach
into a coarse form.
Cut the paneer into cubes and deep fry till golden brown.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add
onion
and saute.
When they change the color, add the
ginger
-
garlic
paste and chilly powder and fry for 1 min.
Add
tomato
puree and cook, till
oil
leaves the sides of the pan.
Add the
garam masala
powder and
spinach
. Mix well.
Add
milk
and let it cook till it is of a thick consistency.
Add
salt
.
Add the paneer cubes just before serving.
