North Indian Easy Ras Malai Tasty rasmalai within minutes 1 cup Milk powder1 tsp Baking powder1 no Egg white3/4 cup Sugar3/4 litre Milk1 tsp Rose water1 pinch Cardamom powder (Elakka)1 tsp Badam (chopped)Pistachios (chopped)1 drop Yellow colour (optional)1 pinch Saffron Mix baking powder and milk powder together.Add egg white and knead the mixture to make a smooth dough.Make small balls from this.Mix together milk and sugar and boil till it thickens.Add the balls to it.Cook till it becomes double the original size.Add rose water, cardamom powder and yellow colour.Garnish with pistas, saffron and badam.:- Serve cold.
