  • Cut the vegetables into large pieces and steam them in a pressure cooker or a food steamer.
  • Mash them well.
  • Add grated onions, salt, red chilly powder, garam masla powder and cinnamom powder and continue mixing to form a tight mixture.
  • Take some rice flour and add water to make it into a thin batter.
  • Shape the vegetable mixture into even sized balls or any other shape using the palm of your hands.
  • Next, dip these balls in the rice flour and then cover it with rava.
  • Deep fry the balls until they turn golden brown in colour.
  • :-Serve the North Indian Easy Vegetable Cutlet hot with Tomato Ketchup.

    You can use bread as base for the vegetables,
    Remove the edges of the bread, soak them in the water, squeeze excess water and mix it with the vegetables,

    the bread acts as the binder for the vegetables, and also gives the crispyness after frying and good usage of leftover breads.
