Instructions
  1. Prepare the boiled eggs and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Splutter cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  4. Saute garlic followed by green chillies and ginger.
  5. Add chopped onions and saute well.
  6. Close the lid and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
  7. To this, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder and egg masala.
  8. Mix well and cook covered for another 5 - 8 minutes.
  9. Add salt and taste the gravy.
  10. Add small amount of water if the gravy is very thick.
  11. Sprinkle garam masala over the gravy.
  12. Finally, grate the boiled eggs and add to the gravy.
  13. Cut few pieces of egg lengthwise and keep aside for garnishing.
  14. Garnish with coriander leaves and the eggs.
  15. :- Serve with Roti, poori or rice.
