For jamuns:-
  • Sterlised cream(Nestle Cream) – 1tin
  • Milk powder – 2tea
  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) – 1tbsp
  • Baking soda(A pinch) –
For sugar syrup:-
  1. Knead together sterlised cream, milk powder, maida and baking soda into a smooth dough without lumps.
  2. Make small balls and fry in oil.
  3. In another pan, boil sugar and water together, keep stiring and prepare a syrup.
  4. After its warm, add the vanilla essence and cardamom powder into it.
  5. Drain and soak the balls into it.
  6. After 15 mins, serve warm or chilled.
