Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Splutter cumin seeds.
  3. Add garlic and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  4. Add moong dal, turmeric, chilly powder, salt and water and cook upto 2 whistles.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. :-Serve hot with white rice or chappathis.
