Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add curry leaves and saute for a while.
  4. Add onions and fry, till golden brown.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute further.
  6. Add turmeric powder and pepper and fry for a couple of seconds.
  7. Add mushrooms and 1/2 glass of water.
  8. Add salt and mix well.
  9. Cook, till the mushrooms are done.
  10. When done, add lime juice.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. :- Serve with rotis, naan or malaysian parathas.
  13. :- You can add chopped potatoes with the mushrooms to increase the quantity.
