Add the yeast mixture, 2 tsp of butter, 2 tbsp of curd and 1/2 cup water.
Knead it well.
Leave the dough covered for about 1 - 2 hrs in a warm place so that yeast in the dough raises the dough.
Knead the dough again for 5 mins until soft with the help of your nuckles.
Divide the dough into 4 rolls and roll them with the help of dry flour and rolling pin/hand.
Top the nans with sesame seeds and press with ur hands gently.
Heat an iron griddle on the stove and transfer the naan onto the griddle, wait until it sturts to bubble and bit, then turn it to other side and add butter.
Once it is done on both the sides, just apply butter and transfer it to another container and place the lid.
Bake the other 3 naans in the same way.
:- Serve them hot with gravy curries.
Note:
------
:- While preparing the dough mixture, make a well in the center of the dough in the bowl, then add yeast mixture, curd, butter, water and slowly mix with ur hands from corner to the center(inward direction)in a circular motion around the bowl. This will help the dough mix well without lumps.
