Onion
chopped, medium

Ginger
chopped

Green chillies
chopped
1/4
kg
Paneer
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
1/4
tsp
Soda bicarbonate
Oil
for deep frying
2
tbsp
Ghee
Salt
As reqd
4
tbsp
Fresh
cream
for garnishing
Instructions
Chop
spinach
very fine.
Add 1/4 cup
water
and soda bicarbonate and cook till done.
Blend into liquidiser and keep aside.
Cut paneer into 1 inch pieces and deep fry and keep aside.
Fry cut
onion
,
ginger
and chillies in
ghee
.
Add
turmeric powder
, while frying.
Add the paalak, paneer and
salt
.
Cook for about 5 - 10 mins.
Garnish with fresh
cream
.
:- Serve HOT.
