  • Cook the rajma using salt and water.
  • Make onion in to a paste by using a mixer.
  • Make tomato also as paste .
  • Heat a pan add oil in it and when its hot add the onion and ginger garlic paste and saute it well.
  • Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilly powder to it.
  • Sauté it well.
  • To this add the cooked rajma .
  • Sauté it well and add the tomato paste and little water to it.
  • Close the pan .
  • When the oil gets split from the gravy off the flame.
  • Then garnish it using coriander leaves and serve hot.
