Instructions
  1. Cut the bread slices into 6 pieces.
  2. Fry them in ghee in a pan with ghee evenly on both sides of the pieces and fry till golden brown & stiff. Keep it aside.
  3. Boil the milk & add the cardamom powder & reduce milk to 1/4 which will take 15 minutes stirring it to make it thick.
  4. Add the sugar.
  5. :- It has to be very sweet.
  6. Add the bread.
  7. Fry nuts, raisins & badam(broken into pieces) in ghee & add it to the milk.
  8. When its cool, refrigerate it.
  9. Garnish it with silver paper & almonds or pistachios.
