Instructions
  1. Mix the milk powder with beaten egg and baking powder to form a smooth dough.
  2. Boil the milk with sugar and cardamom.
  3. Make small balls with the prepared dough and flatten it slightly to get a oval shape.
  4. Drop the balls into the boiling milk.
  5. Cover it with a lid.
  6. Check after a few mins to see if it has puffed.
  7. If it has, then, turn off the stove.
  8. Add the essence and chopped nuts.
  9. Keep it in the refrigerator for 4 - 5 hours before serving.
  10. :- Makes about 10 - 13 balls.

it came out very well and tasted great. i added a little ghee too. so the taste was even more good. but the balls werent very soft. what do i do to get it soft?
