North Indian Style Garlic Chutney Garlic chutney for diet conscious ones 10 nos Garlic pods1/2 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)2 tbsp Grated coconut1 tsp Pepper (crushed)1 no Green chilly1 tbsp Olive oil1/4 cup Curd (not too sour)Salt (As reqd) Microwave garlic for 30 secs with its skin on it (or steam garlic, till it is 3/4th cooked).Remove skin off the garlic pods.Grind together all the ingredients along with the cooked garlic into a fine coarse paste.:- Do not add water, while grinding.Add some fresh finely chopped coriander leaves to the chutney.Chill it for 20 - 30 mins.:- Serve as bread spreads.
