  • Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper(crushed) - 1 tsp
  • Green chilly - 1 no
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Curd(not too sour) - 1/4 cup
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Microwave garlic for 30 secs with its skin on it (or steam garlic, till it is 3/4th cooked).
  2. Remove skin off the garlic pods.
  3. Grind together all the ingredients along with the cooked garlic into a fine coarse paste.
  4. :- Do not add water, while grinding.
  5. Add some fresh finely chopped coriander leaves to the chutney.
  6. Chill it for 20 - 30 mins.
  7. :- Serve as bread spreads.
