Instructions
  1. Mix curd, cashewnut powder, kesar, food color, kasoori methi and milk powder. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry kalonji and add the whole chillies and fry again.
  4. Add masala paste and fry till oil separates.
  5. Add chicken pieces and fry for 5 mins.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of water.
  7. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  8. Add the curd mixture.
  9. Cook covered on a low flame to a rich creamy gravy.
  10. Garnish with grated boiled egg and fried chillies.
