Instructions
  1. In a vessel, mix milk and sugar and boil it for 10 mins.
  2. Add cardamom powder and saffron. Let it boil on a slow flame.
  3. Mix together milk powder, maida and baking powder well in a bowl.
  4. Add one lightly beaten egg and ghee.
  5. Knead it into a dough.
  6. Make 20 - 22 small balls off it.
  7. Put these balls into the boiling milk.
  8. Cook for 10 - 12 mins.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Garnish it with finely chopped pistachios.
  11. :- Serve it cool.
