Instructions
  1. Steam cook the vegetables(preferable a Idli steamer).
  2. Cook whole green gram in about 2 cups of water.
  3. When done, add all the powders along with the cooked vegetables and continue to cook, till done.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Splutter mustard seeds and sautT dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  6. Pour the above seasoning into the curry and mix well.
  7. :- You can also pour a tsp of ghee on top for flavour.
  8. :- Serve hot with chappathis or rotis.
