Ingredients
  

  • 10 Nos. Cashew nuts
  • 10 Nos. Almonds
  • 2 Tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 Tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Pumkin seeds
  • 1 Tsp Flax Seeds
  • 3 Nos. Banana
  • 2 Cups Coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp Date paste
  • 1/2 Cup Rice flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Optional

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Blend all the ingredients except coconut milk and date paste together in a blender until smooth.
  • And coconut milk and date paste, Blend until smooth.
  • Pour it into a glass and add some rice flakes on top of it, Pour 1 tbsp honey if needed.
