  • Full cream milk - 4 cups
  • Fresh khoya(mashed) - 75 g
  • Corn flour(mixed with 1 cup milk) - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamoms(crushed) - 4 nos
  • Pistachios(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Almonds(chopped) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed pan till its quantity is reduced to half, on a medium flame.
  2. Add sugar, corn flour mixture & cook for 2 minutes more till the sugar is well dissolved.
  3. Remove from flame & cool slightly.
  4. Add khoya, almonds, pistachios & cardamoms.
  5. Fill the mixture in khulfi moulds & freeze till firmly set.
