4 cups Full cream milk75 g Fresh khoya (mashed)2 tbsp Corn flour (mixed with 1 cup milk)1/2 cup Sugar4 nos Green cardamoms (crushed)1 tbsp Pistachios (chopped)1 tbsp Almonds (chopped) Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed pan till its quantity is reduced to half, on a medium flame.Add sugar, corn flour mixture & cook for 2 minutes more till the sugar is well dissolved.Remove from flame & cool slightly.Add khoya, almonds, pistachios & cardamoms.Fill the mixture in khulfi moulds & freeze till firmly set.
