Nutty Mushroom With Thick Graavy
Moderately spicy, tastes nutty and goes well with rice, roti, chapathi, naan. It is one of the favourite dish of everyone.

Ingredients

mushroom
250 grams
cashew nuts 15
onion
2
ginger
1 inch piece
garlic
5
cloves
green chilly 6
curry leaves
1 sprig
tomato
2
coriander leaves a small bunch
black
pepper powder
2 tsp
coriander powder
2 tsp
turmeric powder
1 tsp
coconut
powder I cup
salt
to taste
oil
as needed
water
as needed
Instructions
cut
mushroom
in to small pieces
grind the masalas and cashew
then pour
coconut
milk
also ,mix it well
then heat a pan pour
oil
and add
mushroom
,
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
,green chilly.
sauté it well, then add
tomato
,
curry leaves
and grinded masala
mix it well and when it just boiled off the flame
transfer it to the serving dish.
