  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(to taste) -
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Oats - 2 cups
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Oil(to fry) -
  • Egg white - 2

Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken in chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and vinegar. Keep it aside for few hours.
  2. Mix flour and oats in a bowl.
  3. Dip chicken in egg white.. cover in oats-flour mixture. Deep fry it in oil.
  4. Serve it with Kuboos or Roti.
Recipe Notes

Fry chicken for 1 minute on each side in high flame and after that in low flame with closed lids for few minutes. (it will take approximately 15-20 minutes to cook chicken.)
