Marinate chicken in chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and vinegar.
Keep it aside for few hours.
Mix flour and oats in a bowl.
Dip chicken in egg white.. cover in oats-flour mixture. Deep fry it in oil.
Serve it with Kuboos or Roti.
Notes
Fry chicken for 1 minute on each side in high flame and after that in low flame with closed lids for few minutes. (it will take approximately 15-20 minutes to cook chicken.)
