1/2 cup Oats2 tsp Cheese (grated)2 tsp Carrot (grated)Lime juice (of 1 lemon)1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)2 tsp Chilly powderSalt (As reqd)1/2 cup Bread crumbs1 no Potato (cooked)2 tsp All purpose flour (Maida) Mash all ingredients except bread crumbs. Make balls and flatten like a cutlet.Roll in bread crumbs.Deep fry in oil or grill in oven. Oats cutlet is ready. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup. Kerala
