  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Cheese(grated) - 2 tsp
  • Carrot(grated) - 2 tsp
  • Lime juice(of 1 lemon) -
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Potato(cooked) - 1 no
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Mash all ingredients except bread crumbs.
  2. Make balls and flatten like a cutlet.
  3. Roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Deep fry in oil or grill in oven. Oats cutlet is ready. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
