  • Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee/Oil(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Green chilly(chopped, chilly used to make bajji) - 1 no
  • Coriander/curry leaves(chopped) - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing oats dosa, soak rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 5 hours and grind till smooth with oats adding required water. Keep aside for 4 hours.
  2. Add salt, chopped chilly and coriander/curry leaves. Dosa batter is ready.
  3. Place a non stick pan on fire and spread ladle full of batter into it and make thin dosa.
  4. Sprinkle some oil or ghee and flip the dosa.
  5. Remove from pan when both sides are done and crispy.
  6. Oats dosa is ready. Serve hot with some chutney.
