Oats Dosa With Coconut-tomato Chutney

  • Dosa Grind oats to powder Soak urad dal for 3 to 4 hours and make a paste
  • Add oats powder and water to the dal paste and grind again. Convert it to a bowl and add salt and soda
  • Keep aside for 10 mins. Make dosas in a nonstick pan
  • Chutney: Take a pan and add 2 tsp oil. Fry coconut, red chillies, and garlic till light brown. Remove from pan and let it cool. In the same pan, fry tomatoes, onion, and coriander leaves. Remove from flame and let it cool. First grind the fried coconut, red chilli, and garlic mix. Then add the fried tomato, onion, coriander leaves, and salt and tamarind pulp.
  • Serve the chutney with dosa.
