  • Oats - 1 cup
  • Rava(sooji) - 1/4 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds( Nalla jeerakam ) - 1 tsp
  • Grated Ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilly(Chopped )) - 2 nos
  • Coriander leaves, Chopped -
  • Oil for brushing. -
  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. Dry roast the oats in a pan over low flame for 4-5 minutes. Grind all the ingredients except green chilly and coriander leaves to a dosa batter consistency by adding needed water and salt. Then add green chilly, coriander leaves and mix well
  2. Heat a non-stick tawa over medium flame. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it slightly in a circular motion as you do for normal dosa.Pour 1/2 tsp of oil on the top of the dosa.Cook well ,flip the dosa and cook till it turns light brown and crisp.
  3. Oats rava dosa is ready.Serve hot with chutneys.
