Instructions
  1. Mix maida,salt,turmeric,oil and water and make a very soft dough.
  2. Wash and boil toor dal and channa dal in a vessel for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the water in a strainer and keep it aside.
  4. Take grated jaggery in a vessel and add 2 spoons of water and boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour this jaggery to cooked dal .
  6. Add grated coconut and cardamom to this
  7. M ix all together properly.
  8. Grind in mixer to make smooth paste.
  9. Keep it aside.
  10. Next take the mixed maida dough and make balls flatten each ball in your palm stuffed with 1 portion of stuffing or puran
  11. Seal it compleatly by pulling sides to centre.
  12. With palm press into thin polis.
  13. Heat a tawa and place the poli and toast on bothsides until it is done
  14. Now obottu or puran poli is ready.
