  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly - 2
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaf - 5
  • Green chilly - 4
  • Lemon juice - 1 spoon

Instructions
  1. Wash and dry cut okra into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai add mustard.When mustard splutters add onion,green chilly ,red chilly,salt and chopped okra, Saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add red chilly and curry leaves saute for 2 minutes on medium heat for 3 -4 minutes.Add lemon juice to this and saute for 2 minutes again.Let it cook for 3-4 minutes stir in between so that they dont burn.
  4. Reduce flame and cook till okra turns soft.This could take about 15-20 small roasting.When it is cooked turn off flame.
  5. Now okra or bheendi fry is ready to serve with chapatti and rice.
