Instructions
  1. Mix together kumbalanga, green chillies and salt along with second extract of coconut milk and cook well.
  2. When it comes to a boil, add the first extract of coconut milk and boil for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add curry leaves.
  5. Add the above seasoning into the boiling curry.
  6. Simmer for 1 or 2 minutes and remove from heat.
  7. :- You can add chilly powder(1/2 tsp) instead of green chillies and also turmeric to get another version.This has to be done while first stage of cooking, that is before adding second extract of coconut milk.
