Instructions
  1. First crack the eggs in a mixing bowl and blend well. Add milk, chicken, pepper, required salt and mix well.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and scramble the egg mixture. Stir in the sliced green olives. Stir in low heat for a few seconds.
  3. Take a buttered bread slice and spread the egg olives mixture.
  4. Meanwhile, mix lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and ketchup together. Season with required salt and pepper.
  5. Top the bread slice with mayonnaise mixture. Place a buttered bread slice on top.
  6. Olive and egg sandwich, a tasty as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready.
